However, Tusubira’s murder has attracted mixed reaction as many have celebrated his demise on the basis that he was always ‘hired’ to verbally attack people using abusive, demeaning and vulgur language.
Two days before his murder, Tusubira’s clip where he celebrated the killing of state minister for labour Charles Okello Engola went viral.

Sabiiti after killing his boss went shooting in the air and shouting that he was tired of working without pay.
Tusubira recorded a video celebrating Engola’s murder and urged him to continue offering his labour ministerial services in the grave.
Many who watched the clip got irked and have since taken to various social media accounts to celebrate his murder.
However, there are those who say Tusubira was a voice of the voiceless in many aspects. He was a person who could abuse, criticize and demean prominent persons among others politicians, civil servants, business people and artistes without fear of the repercussions.
Uganda’s arguably leading opposition leader, Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine, is one of the many politicians who have severally tasted Tusubira’s verbal artillery.
However, Bobi Wine posted on his twitter page sympathizing with Tusubira’s family and friends. However, he reminded Ugandans to know that in a lawless regime no body is safety regardless of the political group you support. “Let the dead teach the living,” Bobi Wine said.
ASP Owoyesigyire said the gunman aimed at Tusubira who was sitting in the passenger’s (co-driver) seat. His driver was not shot.
