When ASP Nampiima speaks, you see a person who is knowledgeable about her roles and the directorate’s duties. She attends conferences on road safety and speaks with authority amidst hundreds of men.

She goes the extra mile to participate in road safety campaigns organized by road safety activists and her face is regular on TV screens in advertorials promoting road safety. Every day, she gives tips to drivers, parents, and motorcyclists all intended to minimize road deaths and injuries.
