The territorial police in Rubanda are hunting for a male adult one Nyakubaho Brigadier allegedly for stoning one Tindigwa Obedi 24yrs boda boda rider a resident of Habutikyi cell Bunyonyi ward Rubanda district, that caused his death days after.
It’s alleged that on the 09/10/2023 at around 22:00hrs at Hamuhambo Trading center in Rubanda district, Nyakubaho the suspect and Tindigwa Obedi the deceased had a fight in which Tindigwa was hit with a stone on the head and sustained serious injury.
He was rushed to Kabale referral hospital and later referred to Bathel surgical center Kigongi for CT scan from where he was pronounced dead today Thursday the 12/10/2023.
Police was notified by one Milton Tindyebwa, the deceased was found at the parent’s home and the head and face had multiple injuries.
Scene was visited and documented,
postmortem done and body handed over to the relatives for burial arrangements.
Inquiries at hand as efforts to trace for the suspect who is on the run, are being made.
