Police in Kisoro are investigating circumstances surrounding the death of a 73 years old Jackson
Mukungu a resident ofBuhayo village Mbuga parish Nyakinama subcounty in the Kisoro district.
It’s alleged that the deceased spent the whole day drinking Mkomboti and waragi together with his son in kiseke trading center. That later he bought pork and informed his son that he was going to prepare some food for himself. That the deceased didnt prepare food on reaching his home where he stays alone but only to return to the same trading center and continued drinking more waragi.
That today the 29/05/2023, the son Habimana Vincent received information that his father was lying in the middle of Kamonyi Nyetete road in Bugwene village.
He reported to police, scene was visited and documented, and body taken to Kisoro hospital mortuary for Postmortem.
