The demise of photojournalist Saad Shots has left the media fraternity in the country in utter shock. The photojournalist died on spot in a motorcycle accidents in Entebbe yesterday and his demise has attracted eulogies from politicians, musicians and chief executive officers of prominent government and public entities.

Politician and raggae star, Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine said: “Very touched by the tragic loss of super talented photographer @SaadShots In him, our country has lost a visionary young man with a promising future. Our sympathies go to his family and friends, the photography world, and all who were touched by his work.”
Thomas Tayebwa, the deputy speaker of parliament, said he was pained by Saad’s sudden demise. “Extremely pained by your sudden death, bro. The world has lost a talent that was at his prime. Rest well, brother,” Tayebwa said.
Another Uganda said: “What a sad evening to learn of @saadShots passing! A motorbike accident has robbed us this young talent, a wildlife photographer that has captured the beauty of Uganda in the most incredible ways. Rest with Angels Saad.”
