President Yoweri Museveni’s political nemesis Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has mourned the demise of world educationist and Philanthropist Aga Khan.
“Deepest condolences on the passing of His Highness the Aga Khan IV. His Highness the Aga Khan devoted his life to the service of others,” Bobi Wine said.
Bobi Wine further noted that Aga Khan’s humanitarian efforts touched the lives of millions in the areas of education, healthcare, etc.
“He believed in and invested in a free press and extended employment opportunities to so many people,” he added
Aga Khan has been a faith leader who championed peace and unity around the world. The world is poorer without him. May his soul rest in peace!
Aga Khan owned schools and health facilities across the world including Uganda and Kenya. In old Kampala, schools such as Aga Khan primary school, Aga Khan secondary and Aga Khan University are all efforts of the deceased.
Additionally, media conglomerate Daily Monitor, K fm, NTV-Uganda, Spark TV and many others in Kenya all belonged to him.
