Among these are students awaiting graduation in December 2023 together with continuing students.

The students have mentioned that they are not willing to resume lectures unless their results are out.

Some of the complaints they have put out is that lecturers have failed to produce their results because of delayed salary payments.

One of them, Tugume Charles in support of the cause commends his colleagues for speaking up, hoping that there might be a solution.

The issue of missing marks is consistent with public universities in Uganda. For the past most recent held graduations held at Kyambogo, students have had to sue the University of similar complaints.

A number end up missing their due graduation ceremonies and have to wait for the next or redo a course because of missing marks.
